Bueno, la cita la puedes hacer tanto por teléfono como personal. Normalmente la mayoría de la gente la hace personal porque como tenemos un centro cerca de casa… Porque aquí es que tenemos centros sanitarios, lo que le denominan, muy cerca: cada zona tiene su centro sanitario, cada zona. Con lo cual, si te apetece te acercas mismamente a mí y en cinco minutos estoy ahí y lo puedo hacer personalmente o por teléfono, eso no hay ningún problema. Sí, el sistema ha mejorado mucho, incluso la atención telefónica, de los años que yo estoy aquí, ha mejorado muchísimo: porque es pinchar, pinchar los números que te dicen y ya tienes una cita y la eliges [en] el horario que tú quieras. Está muy bien.
