Pues normalmente, como usuaria de cualquier… cualquier electrodoméstico, sé perfectamente que tiene garantía de dos años, como mínimo, entonces, con lo cual, para comenzar me quedo tranquila. Ya sea tanto de fábrica como de la empresa, tenemos, sabemos muy bien que tenemos dos años de… de garantía de cualquier tipo de electrodoméstico. Bueno, pues nada, voy al día siguiente y busco a la misma persona que me ha atendido, le digo el problema y que me lo resuelva, tanto la empresa donde la he comprado, o el fabricante en función del tiempo que… que les lleve, que sea lo más rápido posible, pero se supone que si he adquirido algo es porque lo necesito, vamos.

1. ¿Cuánto tiempo de garantía tiene un electrodoméstico?

2. ¿Quién es responsable por la garantía del producto?
a. La empresa que lo vendió.

1. ¿En tu país ocurre lo mismo? ¿Cuánto tiempo de garantía tienen los electrodomésticos? ¿Todos tienen el mismo tiempo de garantía?
2. ¿Has oído hablar de la “obsolescencia programada”11? ¿Qué opinas al respecto?
