El acuerdo… el contrato, vamos a decir, de alquiler, que se denomina así… Vamos a ver, si yo el día de mañana me tengo que ir a viajar, por ejemplo, a Italia, y ya no quiero más vivir en el apartamento pues nada, se lo tengo que avisar siempre con un mes de antelación. Si no pasa este mes de antelación pues hay… hay que pagar todo el mes igual entonces, como una penalización –vamos a decirlo así– que tienes que pagar todo el mes, aunque no hayas vivido ¿no? Entonces eso siempre se avisa, tanto de parte como del… del inquilino como del arrendatario: avisar un mes antes para que ya, uno u otro vaya viendo dónde va a vivir y el otro a quién va a alquilar ¿no?
