Here you can hear conversations in Spanish about food recommendation.<\/p>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-episode-10-la-gastronomia\">Episode 10: la gastronomia&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, a m\u00ed me gusta mucho comer, cualquier cosa. Entonces la comida espa\u00f1ola me&nbsp; gusta mucho tambi\u00e9n. Y bueno, creo que la comida en Espa\u00f1a es te\u00f3ricamente buena,&nbsp; adem\u00e1s tiene buena fama, adem\u00e1s la gastronom\u00eda cada vez tiene m\u00e1s importancia y&nbsp; tiene m\u00e1s repercusi\u00f3n fuera de Espa\u00f1a \u00bfno? Hay muchos cocineros famosos. Creo que&nbsp; lo que se llama \u201cdieta mediterr\u00e1nea\u201d es una forma sana y \u2013claro que desde mi punto de&nbsp; vista\u2013 muy l\u00f3gica, muy natural de alimentarse, pues: comida variada, no abusar de&nbsp; productos que no son muy buenos, solamente algunas veces al mes, gran cantidad de&nbsp; fruta, de verdura, una cantidad bastante alta de pescado. La verdad es que eso cada vez&nbsp; se hace menos, las familias cada vez tienen menos tiempo y es complicado cocinar, y&nbsp; entonces cada vez consumen m\u00e1s productos elaborados o preelaborados. Hay un&nbsp; problema grave de obesidad o de sobrepeso entre los ni\u00f1os, por ejemplo, en Espa\u00f1a.&nbsp; Pero bueno, en general, a m\u00ed la comida me parece\u2026 me parece muy rica, muy buena. A&nbsp; veces me da un poco de pena porque me parece que en los bares, especialmente en el&nbsp; centro de las ciudades, donde saben que hay\u2026 parte del p\u00fablico son turistas, me parece&nbsp; que no ofrecen todo, o lo bueno que podr\u00edan ofrecer. Tengo la impresi\u00f3n de que no se&nbsp; cuidan los detalles \u00bfno? de que no se cuidan\u2026 Yo viv\u00ed en Italia, y en Italia, en Roma, ten\u00eda&nbsp; la\u2026 siempre tuve la impresi\u00f3n de que\u2026 A veces incluso, aunque est\u00e9s en un restaurante&nbsp; t\u00edpicamente tur\u00edstico, al lado de la Plaza Navona, que es una plaza c\u00e9ntrica en Roma, la&nbsp; comida estaba tan rica y estaba bien cocinada, y la pasta estaba bien hecha. Bueno, por&nbsp; lo menos para mi exigencia \u00bfno? Quiz\u00e1s un italiano ten\u00eda sus problemas. Pero el aceite&nbsp; era muy rico, la verdura estaba muy buena. Y aqu\u00ed no.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R-Yo estoy de acuerdo, porque puedes ir a una cafeter\u00eda en, no s\u00e9, en Arg\u00fcelles, porque&nbsp; los turistas no van a Arg\u00fcelles \u00bfno? y la comida est\u00e1 mejor all\u00e1 que en\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-Por eso los espa\u00f1oles tenemos un poco la mentalidad de\u2026 cuando viajamos fuera,&nbsp; huimos de los sitios tur\u00edsticos, porque pensamos que como es tur\u00edstico, vienen los&nbsp; turistas, nos van a enga\u00f1ar y nos van a dar peor o m\u00e1s caro\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R-En Londres s\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-M\u00e1s caro no me importa\u2026 No me importa: lo entiendo, lo puedo entender. Pero peor:&nbsp; \u00bfpor qu\u00e9? Eso no lo puedo entender, me parece que es un poco tirar piedras sobre&nbsp; nuestro propio tejado. Es un poco hacer que a la gente pues, le parezca que ha comido&nbsp; mal cuando viene a Espa\u00f1a. Y a m\u00ed, cuando mis estudiantes extranjeros me dicen que la&nbsp; comida espa\u00f1ola no es buena, me da much\u00edsima pena; me dan ganas de invitarles a mi&nbsp; casa a comer; de invitarles a casa de mi madre \u00bfno? para que coman. Porque es que si&nbsp; hay algo bueno en Espa\u00f1a, es la comida, bueno, entre otras cosas \u00bfno? Pero claro, todo&nbsp; el mundo tiene gustos diferentes y puede ser que no te gusten ciertas cosas que a&nbsp; nosotros nos parecen exquisitas. El jam\u00f3n, por ejemplo. Hay mucha gente, muchos&nbsp; espa\u00f1oles, que piensan que es imposible que a alguien no le guste el jam\u00f3n. Bueno, es&nbsp; posible, claro.
