In this video, I share a flexible identity activity that works well at the beginning of the year, during an identity unit, or any time your class needs a change of pace. Students describe themselves “inside and out” while learning more about one another in French.

This activity can be adapted for French 2, French 3, or French 4, and students can make it their own with drawings, printed images, or personal photos.
