Primero saludarla porque es importantísimo eso, la simpatía, y empatizar con la otra persona para que haya un buen diálogo y un buen entendimiento, porque hay gente que entra y muy prepotente y ya eso te resta puntos. Entonces, primero la cordialidad sobre todo y luego pedirle que yo lo que buscaba eran dos habitaciones, explicarle un poquito mi caso: de que estaba en un hotel con una reserva, que se han equivocado, entonces yo busco algo de dos habitaciones y si me lo puede ofrecer en ese momento.

b. Ser cordial, simpático.
