Tips to reinforce learning
- Repeat aloud: Saying the completed lines helps fix the preterite forms in memory.
- Annotate verbs: For each preterite form, note its infinitive and subject pronoun (por ejemplo, encontré — encontrar — yo).
- Create new sentences: Use the verbs from the word bank to form two new sentences in the preterite.
- Listen and compare: If possible, listen to the song and follow along with the completed lyrics to match sound and stress.
