A routine-driven, immersion-first scope & sequence. Each lesson lists concise targets, core routines, signature activities, assessments/artifacts, and materials. Use as a plug-and-play pacing guide or as an at-a-glance map for planning, sub plans, and parent communication.
Course Philosophy
Keep it simple & immersive. Prioritize comprehensible input, movement, and meaningful use over large reading loads.
Routines first. Daily cycles (attendance in Spanish, pledge, calendar/weather, quick emotions check, class commands) frontload the language that unlocks later tasks.
Flexible entry points. Works as elementary supplement, exploratory/immersion strand, Spanish 1 core, or conversational course.
Assessment through doing. Frequent games, mini-performances, quick checks, and projects anchor evidence of learning.
