You never, ever, ever, ever complain in a restaurant, before you have your food. Never, complain about anybody, or anything, because they are handing your food, they’re going to walk from the kitchen, to you, with that food, they can spit in it, they can do anything they want to [inaudible] and that is the God’s honest truth. So, don’t ever, ever, ever make a complaint with them, before that.
So, don’t ever complain, before you get your food, and make sure that you’re not going to go back and eat there, when that girl is there serving, because you don’t want to have any — they remember. My sisters all waitressed, they all serve food, they all cook food, don’t do it, [inaudible] but and, I’d wait until afterwards, and then I’d, I would actually speak to the manager, I probably wouldn’t speak to her, directly, because if she’s going to be on the phone, and that rude, well, she’s not going listen to some little woman saying, “Sorry, you know, you shouldn’t be on the phone in a restaurant is, you know, I was waiting for my food, and it was cold,” I’m not going to even argue with a person like that, I’m just going to go and talk to her manager, and say, “I don’t think it’s appropriate,” you know, and that’s it.
